The Certificate of Habitability is a necessary technical document to request the Cell of Habitability accordingly to the regulations of the local City Council.

This documents accredits and guarantees that the home meets the basic conditions of health, hygiene and solid structure to be inhabited.

 To comply this documents we take into accounts the parameters set by both the Technical Building Code and the Autonomic Regulations, such as Surface, Dimensions of the rooms, Lighting, Natural ventilation, Equipment, Accessibility, etc.

The criteria vary depending on whether it is a new work, an existing house or a house in which a rehabilitation has been carried out.

The Certificate of Habitability is necessary to sell, rent and enlist the services of household supplies; water, light and gas.
